This is the completed system. Changes to the power distribution
can be seen as well as some utility connections. The two solid-state
relays now run directly off the OEM solenoid and are protected by
the main fuse. Each power load past the relays has it's own fuse.

All plug junctions are MT090 sealed, locking connectors. These
are what Suzuki use in the OEM harness and do a great job of
providing strain relief for the wires in a high vibration bike.

I will add more pics soon to show the details of the sensor
and injector connections.

The final iteration of the nose wiring includes battery charger
connections and a bulkhead connector for the USB port on the ECU.
All wires passing through the dash are protected from the aluminum
edges by split vacuum hose that I glued in place. There is also a
connector from a launch output on the ECU that will trigger my
practice tree so that I can practice on the bike using it's exact delay.

The rear circuits were rearranged after I moved the NANO power to
the nose relay for O2 sensor preheating. Each ram has it's own fuse
and so do the injectors and fuel pump.

Wires from the bar controls have to flex so they are in loose
braided conduit.

The Spark Pro ignitor is mounted on the airbox tray. It's at an
angle to keep it out of the airflow to the velocity stacks and
move the wires off center to avoid any damage from debris picked
up by the front tire.
